TSC MH641P – Industrial Label Printing at 600 dpi

The TSC MH641P is built for environments where a label printer has to run day after day without stopping. Thermal transfer printing at 600 dpi means barcodes, product labels, and shipping tags come out sharp — even when you're printing in volume.

Print quality and speed that hold up under pressure

Maximum print width is 104 mm and top speed is 152 mm/s — enough to keep up with your busiest packing or warehouse shifts. The 600 dpi resolution means small text and dense barcodes reproduce cleanly every time, so you're not reprinting batches because something came out blurry.

Built-in rewinder — finished rolls, ready to use

The full-roll rewinder collects completed labels straight off the printer. If your team applies labels manually or your process needs a finished roll for the next step, the rewinder removes a handling task that would otherwise slow things down. Maximum roll diameter is 203 mm.

Touchscreen and real-time clock

The touchscreen lets you start jobs, check status, and adjust settings directly on the device — no computer connection needed. The real-time clock (RTC) can stamp labels with the current date and time automatically, which is particularly useful for food labelling or anything with expiry or production date requirements.

Connectivity and memory

The MH641P connects via USB (Host), RS232, and Ethernet. The Ethernet port means you can share the printer across multiple workstations without adding a print server or extra hardware. A Micro SD slot, 256 MB RAM, and 512 MB Flash give you room for large label libraries and custom fonts. Black Mark and Gap sensors detect different backing materials automatically, so you're not fiddling with settings when you swap label rolls.
