TSC MH241 — Industrial label printing for everyday use

The TSC MH241 is a thermal-transfer label printer built for the kind of daily workload that smaller desktop printers simply can't handle. Whether you're running a retail stockroom, a food-prep counter, or a bike workshop, this is the printer that keeps up when labels need to go on products and packages without slowing you down.

Prints fast — even when the queue is long

At 356 mm per second and 203 dpi (8 dots/mm), barcodes and small text come out sharp and scannable every time. Maximum print width is 104 mm and media width goes up to 114 mm, covering the vast majority of standard label formats you'd use in a shop or warehouse.

Touchscreen and real-time clock — less fiddling, more printing

The built-in touchscreen lets you check print status and adjust settings on the spot, without having to dig out a laptop. The real-time clock (RTC) stamps the correct time on every label automatically — useful for food packaging date labels or stock-intake records where the timestamp has to be right.

Connections that work with what you already have

USB, RS232, and Ethernet are all included, so the MH241 fits into your existing setup regardless of how your point-of-sale or stock system is connected. The USB Host port lets you print directly from a USB stick when needed. A Micro SD card slot expands storage further, and with 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash on board, even large label templates and custom fonts load without a hitch.

Recognises different label stock automatically

The built-in Gap Sensor and Black Mark Sensor detect your label type without manual configuration. Swap rolls and keep printing — no settings to remember every time you change media.
