The Metapace K-1 is a front-opening cash drawer built for daily use in cafés, restaurants, retail shops, and workshops. It opens on command from your POS software or receipt printer — no separate button to press, no extra switch to hunt for when the queue is out the door.

A tray that works under pressure

The insert is laid out so you can find the right note or coin without looking twice:

• ·6 note compartments — covers the full range of euro notes you'll handle day to day
• ·8 coin compartments — coins stay separated and easy to count at a glance
• ·1 receipt compartment — keeps cash-related receipts together and out of the way

The insert lifts out completely, which makes end-of-day counting and cleaning straightforward rather than a chore.

Connects straight to your printer

The K-1 uses a standard RJ12 cable to connect to your receipt printer. The drawer opens directly on the printer's signal — no separate power lead, no USB adapter, no driver to install. Plug it in and it works. If you already have a printer with an RJ12 cash drawer port, setup is a matter of minutes, not an IT project.

Built to last at the counter

Dimensions (W×H×D): 410 × 114 × 415 mm — sized to fit the standard cash drawer slot under most countertop POS setups or on the counter itself. The black finish sits cleanly alongside most till environments without drawing attention to itself.
