Sapphire glass that takes the daily punishment
The scan window is sapphire glass — significantly harder and more scratch-resistant than standard glass. After months of coins, rings, and heavy product bases sliding across it, the surface stays clear and the read performance stays consistent. The 36-month warranty backs that up in practice.
Reads 2D codes and QR codes straight from a phone screen
The 2D imager handles both traditional barcodes and two-dimensional codes — QR codes, loyalty programme screens, digital receipts, mobile payment codes — directly from a customer's phone display. No separate handheld scanner needed for those transactions.
Connects to most existing till systems
The Magellan 3510HSi supports RS232, USB, and IBM interfaces, so it fits alongside most point-of-sale setups without extra adapters. A 4.6 m straight IBM cable is included in the box. Power supply, power cable, and mounting frame are ordered separately based on your counter configuration.
Micro SD slot for faster multi-site rollout
The built-in micro SD slot lets you save and transfer device configurations between units. If you're equipping more than one checkout position, copy settings from card to card rather than configuring each scanner from scratch.
