Datalogic Magellan 3450VSi – Presentation Scanner for the Checkout Counter
The Magellan 3450VSi is built for retail environments where barcodes are scanned hundreds or thousands of times a day. It reads 2D codes — standard barcodes, QR codes, and Data Matrix — without the customer or cashier having to aim carefully. Place the item in the read zone, and the scanner does the rest.
Connects straight to your existing till
The Magellan 3450VSi supports RS232, USB, and IBM interfaces, which means it fits most point-of-sale systems without extra adapters or software changes. The included RS232 cable is 4.5 metres long, giving you enough reach to position the scanner sensibly on the counter without stretching cables across the workspace.
