About
Datalogic SH15 Blackline — Vehicle-Mount Terminal for Demanding Environments
The Datalogic SH15 Blackline is built to keep working in conditions where an ordinary screen wouldn't last the week. Designed to mount on a forklift mast or warehouse vehicle, this 15" terminal handles dust, grime and water spray without skipping a beat. The IP65 and IP67 ratings mean the unit carries on when the floor is being hosed down or a dry goods pallet kicks up a cloud of dust.
A screen you can actually read on the warehouse floor
The Projected Capacitive touchscreen works with gloves on — no need to pull them off every time a driver needs to confirm a pick. At 400 cd/m² brightness and 1024 × 768 pixel resolution, the display stays sharp under bright warehouse lighting or near loading bay doors where daylight comes in. Drivers can read the screen from a normal seated position without leaning in.
Every connection you need — no adapters, no compromises
The SH15 Blackline comes with four USB ports, two RS232 serial ports, Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbit), Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, Bluetooth, and an HDMI output. Whether your warehouse management software still talks serial or you have moved to a fully wireless setup, this terminal handles both. That means you can upgrade your operation at your own pace — you are not forced to replace everything at once just to get a new screen on the forklift.
Processing power that keeps up with the shift
An Intel Quad Core processor running at 1.9 GHz, 4 GB RAM and 32 GB Flash storage keep your WMS or ERP running smoothly through the busiest picking windows. Windows Embedded Standard 7 is a familiar environment for most warehouse management and ERP applications, so there is no need to re-qualify your software stack just to bring this unit in.
Power and installation
The unit runs on both 110 V and 230 V mains, so it fits straight into a standard installation without a separate transformer. Built in Vietnam. 12-month warranty included.
Who is the SH15 Blackline for?
This terminal is the right call for warehouses, distribution centres and production facilities where drivers need a large, permanently mounted display on a forklift, order-picker or service vehicle.
