Datalogic Skorpio X5 – a handheld built for a full day's work

The Skorpio X5 is Datalogic's professional Android handheld, designed for warehouses, retail floors, and logistics operations — places where the device stays in your hand from the first pick to the last. The pistol grip makes sustained scanning noticeably less tiring, and the 2D imager reads barcodes quickly even at awkward angles or from labels that have seen better days.

Performance when it counts

The Qualcomm 660 processor (2.2 GHz) and 4 GB of RAM keep things running smoothly when several apps are open at the same time. 64 GB of storage is enough for Android 10, your warehouse or ERP software, and the data you collect through a shift.

The Green Spot feature projects a laser dot onto the barcode that was just scanned. In practice, your picker knows immediately whether the right product was read — without glancing at the screen. On a busy pick line, that small feedback loop adds up.

Connectivity and a 4.3-inch display

Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth and NFC are all on board, so the Skorpio X5 connects to your wireless network and pairs with peripheral devices without fuss. The 4.3-inch display is large enough for clear reading even when you are wearing gloves. The 38-key functional numeric keypad lets staff enter data quickly without relying entirely on the touchscreen.

Extended battery life and a tough build

The 6,150 mAh extended battery is rated to last a full shift under heavy use without needing a charge. IP65 protection means the device handles dust and water splashes — it keeps working at the racking, the packing bench, or the loading dock. A hand-strap is included in the box. An interface cable is ordered separately.

Google Mobile Services are included, so the Play Store and other Google services are available straight away. Deployment works with the MDM tools your business already uses.
