About
Star TSP143IV-UE SK Linerless — receipt printer without liner waste
The Star TSP143IV is a direct thermal printer built for the daily grind of a busy café, restaurant or retail counter. It prints receipts and labels using linerless paper — no backing strip to peel away and bin. One linerless roll does the job of both receipt rolls and label rolls, so you can simplify what you keep behind the counter.
Keeps up when the queue builds
At up to 180 mm/s, receipts come out fast enough that customers aren't left drumming their fingers at the counter. The automatic cutter trims cleanly after every receipt, and the Label Taken Sensor checks that the previous printout has actually been removed before the next one fires. In practice that means one fewer thing for you or your staff to keep an eye on during a busy service.
Connects the way your till already works
The printer connects via USB (Type A or Type C) or Ethernet, so it fits alongside most point-of-sale setups without extra adapters. CloudPRNT support means the printer can receive jobs directly from a cloud-based service — no separate print driver running on a PC. If your till runs on a tablet or browser-based POS, this is the connection model you want.
The kit includes a USB-C cable, an Ethernet cable, and both EU and UK power leads, so you have everything you need to get started straight out of the box.
