The HiStone HK600 is a compact booksize POS PC built to handle the daily demands of a café, restaurant, or retail till point. It sits on the counter without eating up space, yet delivers every connection a modern checkout environment needs — including ports for older peripherals that other compact PCs simply can't accommodate.

The HK600 carries four standard USB ports alongside four powered USB ports, so you can draw power directly to connected devices like receipt printers or barcode scanners without a tangle of separate power adapters on the counter. Four RS232 serial ports mean your older cash-desk peripherals — scales, customer displays, legacy printers — connect without adapters or workarounds.

A Gigabit Ethernet port keeps the connection solid during the Friday-evening rush when the network is under load. A dedicated RJ11 port handles cash drawer control, while HDMI takes care of your customer-facing or staff display, and a standard audio jack rounds out the back panel.

Powering the HK600 is an Intel Celeron J processor running at 2.6 GHz, paired with 4 GB of RAM. Storage is a 128 GB M.2 SSD — no moving parts, so it handles the vibration of a busy counter without complaint and boots quickly when you're opening up in the morning rush. The SSD also runs noticeably quieter than a traditional hard drive, which matters when the counter is right next to your customers.

What's in the box — and what to order separately

The package includes a power supply unit and an EU-standard power cable. An operating system is ordered separately, giving you the flexibility to choose the Windows version — or alternative environment — that your point-of-sale software requires. The unit comes in grey and silver, a finish that sits comfortably in a modern shop fit-out or a more traditional restaurant counter.

The HK600 comes with a 36-month manufacturer's warranty covering production defects, so you're protected for three full years. The unit is manufactured in China.
