The Datalogic GM4500 is a wireless handheld barcode scanner built for demanding daily use. It reads all common 2D and 1D barcodes quickly and accurately — including codes on slightly damaged or unclear surfaces.

The scanner connects over 433 MHz wireless, so there are no cables getting in the way during a busy transaction. The cradle doubles as a charger: when the scanner rests in it between uses, the battery tops up ready for the next day. The 3,250 mAh battery lasts a full working day without interruption.

Green Spot aiming

The GM4500's Green Spot technology projects a green dot exactly where the scanner is aimed. Your staff can see immediately that the code has been read correctly — the customer isn't kept waiting, and nobody has to scan the same item twice.
