The Gryphon I GD4590 is a handheld 2D barcode scanner built for daily, heavy use at the counter, in the stockroom, or at the service desk. It reads all common barcodes and QR codes in a single trigger pull, so your customers aren't waiting at the till while staff wrestle with a code that won't scan.
Reads reliably, every time
The GD4590 uses white LED illumination and 2D imaging technology. In practice, that means it reads codes from a phone screen, from a slightly worn packaging label, or from a dark corner of the shelf — without you needing to tilt or reposition. The Green Spot confirmation projects directly onto the code itself: the cashier sees instantly that the scan went through, without glancing away at a screen.
Connects to your existing POS
The scanner supports RS232, keyboard wedge (KBW), and USB interfaces.
