This 1:1 workshop skips the trend slides and the generic demos. Instead, we spend half a day on your work — what you do repeatedly, where your time goes, and where AI can genuinely help.

What happens during the workshop

We start with a mapping exercise. Together we walk through a typical week and identify the tasks that consume the most time relative to the value they create. These might be email correspondence, writing proposals or reports, finding information, or preparing for decisions.

Once we have a clear picture, we move into practice. You try a small number of tools yourself — in real situations, not watched demos. We facilitate this so you get an immediate feel for what daily use actually looks like, rather than leaving with a theory and good intentions.

At the end of the session you receive a written summary: which tasks are worth doing with AI support going forward, how that works in practice, and a realistic estimate of how much time it could free up each week.
