A cash drawer is the part of your checkout that nobody thinks about — until it causes a problem. The APG E3982 is built so it doesn't: it opens reliably, stays organised, and holds up in a busy environment day after day.

Clear, logical layout

The drawer gives you 6 note compartments arranged horizontally, 8 coin compartments, and 2 receipt sections. The coin tray lifts out completely, so counting up at the end of the day takes a minute rather than a frustrating fumble. All compartments are sized for euro notes and coins.

Dimensions and build

At 482 × 100 × 171 mm, the drawer is low-profile and compact — it fits on most checkout counters without eating into your workspace. The dark grey finish sits quietly alongside both modern and more traditional till setups.

Connections and voltage

The drawer connects to your POS system via an RJ11 connector and supports both 12 V and 24 V operating voltages. It works with most common POS software that triggers the drawer to open automatically at the point of payment. A cylinder lock keeps the cash secure during quieter periods when the till is unattended.
