The Elo I-Series 5.0 is an all-in-one POS computer built for cafés, restaurants, and retail shops. Its 21.5-inch Full HD touchscreen responds quickly when the queue builds up, and staff do not need to learn complicated gestures — the screen tracks ten touch points simultaneously, so everything feels natural from the first shift.

Fast and clear from every angle

With a 14 ms response time and a 178-degree viewing angle both horizontally and vertically, the image stays sharp and colours stay accurate no matter where your staff or customers are standing at the counter. Brightness of 215 cd/m² and a 1000:1 contrast ratio mean the screen remains readable even in a well-lit shop window or a brightly lit kitchen pass.

The connections your day actually needs

The unit connects to your network over Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbit) or Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) — whichever suits your setup. Bluetooth 5.2 lets you pair a receipt printer or barcode scanner without adding cables to an already busy counter. A USB 3.0 Type-A port, a USB-C port, and a Micro SD card slot cover everything else you might need to connect or expand.

A system that stays running

Under the hood: a Qualcomm Snapdragon QCS6490 processor, 8 GB RAM, and 64 GB of Flash storage. The operating system is Android 14 with Google Mobile Services certification, which means any POS app from Google Play installs and runs without extra configuration steps. The 8 MP front camera is there if you need it for age verification at the counter or for a video call with your supplier.

Installation and mounting

The I-Series 5.0 uses the VESA standard (100×100 mm or 75×75 mm), so it fits the mounting arms and counter stands you are likely to have already. An external power supply and power cable (EU and US plugs) are included in the box. The unit is manufactured in China and carries a 24-month warranty.
