The Elo I-Series 3.0 combines screen, computer, and touch panel into one compact unit. Designed for cafés, restaurants, and retail shops where counter space is tight but reliability is non-negotiable.

A touchscreen that keeps up during a Friday rush

The 23.8-inch Full HD display (1920×1080) uses Projected Capacitive touch technology — it responds accurately even with damp fingers or light gloves. A 178° viewing angle in both directions means the screen is readable from the customer side of the counter, and a 1000:1 contrast ratio with 212.5 cd/m² brightness keeps everything clear under bright shop lighting.

Connectivity ready out of the box

Four USB 3.0 Type-A ports, one USB-C, an RS232 serial port, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) are all built in. In practice, your receipt printer, barcode scanner, and card reader connect directly — no adapters needed. The RS232 cable is included in the box, so older peripherals you already own are covered from day one.

Performance sized for the job

The Intel Celeron processor, 8 GB RAM, and 256 GB M.2 SSD keep your POS software running smoothly through a full trading day. The SSD means the system boots quickly in the morning and does not slow down as the day drags on. Both Windows 10 IoT Enterprise and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise are supported, so your existing POS software will very likely run without compatibility issues.

Mounting and setup

The built-in VESA 100×100 mm mount means you can place the unit on a counter stand now and move it to a wall bracket later if the layout changes. The external power supply and both EU and US power cables are included — unbox, plug in, and get going.

36-month warranty

Elo backs the I-Series 3.0 with a 36-month warranty. If something goes wrong during that period, it gets sorted — no back-and-forth about who is responsible for the repair while your till is down.
