Elo I-Series 3.0 – a POS terminal built for daily wear

The Elo I-Series 3.0 is designed for environments where the till is open from morning to close and the touchscreen takes hundreds of taps, swipes, and smudges every single day. The 15.6" Full HD display (1920 × 1080 pixels) stays sharp even in bright surroundings — 212.5 cd/m² brightness and a 1000:1 contrast ratio keep the image readable whether you're next to a window or under harsh café lighting.

The Projected Capacitive touch panel responds in 25 milliseconds. In practice, the screen follows your finger without any lag — even during a Friday evening rush when orders are coming in back to back.

Connections that work with what you already have

Four USB 3.0 ports, one USB-C port, Bluetooth 5.2, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi 6E mean you can connect a receipt printer, card reader, barcode scanner, and other peripherals without needing a separate hub. The wireless connection runs on Wi-Fi 6E, which handles network congestion significantly better than older Wi-Fi standards — worth knowing if your counter has a POS terminal, music streaming, and customer devices all sharing the same network at once.

Performance for real working days

An Intel Celeron processor, 8 GB of RAM, and a 256 GB SSD keep your POS software running smoothly even when several applications are open at once. The SSD starts up quickly and handles mechanical vibration better than a traditional hard drive — useful when the unit sits right on a busy counter.

An 8-megapixel camera is built in and ready if your POS software — or a future application — uses visual recognition or video for customer service.

Setup without a project

The VESA 100 × 100 mm mount means the unit fits most standard POS stands and arms already on the market. The package includes a power supply unit and an EU power cable, so the terminal is ready to use straight out of the box.

You choose between Windows 10 IoT Enterprise and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise — both are long-term supported versions that receive security updates automatically, with nothing for you to manage or think about.
