About

Elo Wallaby Self-Service Stand, Countertop

If you're running a café, restaurant, or retail shop and want customers to place orders or pay without pulling staff away from other tasks, the Wallaby countertop stand is the piece that holds the whole setup together. Designed specifically for Elo's I-Series devices, it keeps the screen steady through a full day of customer use — no wobbling, no shifting, no one knocking the kiosk out of position during a Friday lunch rush.

Works with the receipt printers you already know

The stand is built to pair with the most common receipt printers in cafés, restaurants, and retail counters:

  • Epson TM-T88 — one of the most widely used receipt printers in hospitality
  • Epson M30 — compatible with option E797921
  • Star TSP100 — a reliable choice for retail
  • Star TSP654 — works well when the printer sits on the counter alongside the screen

Screen and printer settle into a single tidy unit on the counter. Cables stay organised, the counter stays clear, and the checkout point looks like it was meant to be there.

Fits on the counter without taking over it

This is a countertop model — it sits on the work surface, with no wall mounting, no drilling, and no installation project to schedule. It takes up only as much space as the device itself needs. Set it in place, connect your devices, and it's ready. There's no bracket kit to figure out and no technician to book.

For counters where space is tight, that matters. The stand doesn't demand a redesign of your checkout area — it fits into the setup you already have.

Built for daily use

Elo designed the Wallaby range for environments where hardware runs for several hours every day. The stand is manufactured in China and comes with a 36-month warranty covering manufacturing defects that appear under normal daily use.

Is this the right stand for you?

If you already have an Elo I-Series device — or you're in the process of getting one — and you want to offer customers a way to order or pay on their own, this stand is what completes the setup. It doesn't need configuring; it doesn't need a separate installation visit. Place it on the counter, connect your I-Series and printer, and the self-service point is live.
