Elo 1790L – 17" open-frame touchscreen for daily counter use

The Elo 1790L is built for environments where a screen gets tapped dozens — sometimes hundreds — of times a day: café counters, restaurant tills, retail checkouts, and workshop desks. The open-frame design means you mount the display into your counter housing or custom enclosure; once it's in, it stays put no matter how firmly staff press.

AccuTouch resistive panel — works whatever your staff are wearing

The five-wire resistive AccuTouch panel registers a touch from a bare finger, a gloved hand, or a stylus. When the lunch rush hits and someone is serving with damp hands or kitchen gloves on, every tap still goes through. Response time is 5 ms, so the screen keeps up even when orders are coming in one after another.

Connections and installation

Video connects via VGA or HDMI; touch connects via USB — no separate driver installation needed on most POS systems. The kit includes USB, VGA, and HDMI cables plus a quick-start guide. Power supply and power cable are ordered separately — check compatibility with your installation environment before placing the order.

VESA mounting holes are spaced at both 100 × 100 mm and 75 × 75 mm, so the screen fits most industrial arms and enclosure brackets without adapters.
