Elo 1002L — 10" Touch Screen for Busy Counters

The Elo 1002L is built for places where the screen gets used all day: checkout counters, order displays, and customer-facing service points in cafés, restaurants, and retail shops. When there's a queue at the till, the last thing you need is a screen that lags. With a 25 ms response time, every tap registers the moment your finger lands — the line keeps moving.

Accurate touch, every time

The Projected Capacitive panel tracks up to ten touch points at once. In practice, that means the screen doesn't misfire if a finger lands slightly off-centre or two people interact at the same time. The antiglare coating keeps the image readable under bright counter lighting — no squinting, no reflections getting in the way.

At 1280×800 pixels across a 10" panel, text and icons on your POS software or order screen come through sharp and clear. Brightness sits at 315 cd/m² with a 700:1 contrast ratio, so button labels and menu items stay distinct even when the ceiling lights are on full.

Connections and installation

The 1002L has USB-C, VGA, and HDMI ports, which means it works alongside most existing till setups regardless of how your current hardware is wired. USB and HDMI cables are included in the box, so the most common connection types are covered without an extra order.

VESA mounting (75×75 mm) lets you fix the screen to a wall, an arm, or a dedicated pole — the pole is ordered separately, so you can match the mounting to whichever counter layout you have. The zero-bezel design in matte black sits neatly on a counter surface or flush-mounted without eating up unnecessary space.

36-month warranty

The Elo 1002L carries a 36-month warranty. A failed counter display stops service entirely — having three years of cover means you have a fallback if something goes wrong, without having to negotiate it case by case.
