Elo 2295L – a touchscreen built for daily use

The Elo 2295L is a 21.5-inch open-frame touchscreen designed to handle continuous use in cafés, restaurants, retail shops, and workshops. When the queue is building and staff are moving fast, the screen keeps up — touch is registered accurately without making anyone wait.

Reliable touch even when things get messy

Projected capacitive touch technology reads your input accurately even when hands are damp or the screen has picked up a bit of counter grime. For a café till where staff are handling wet cloths or wearing gloves, that is a practical difference you notice on a Friday evening rush.

At 360 cd/m² brightness and a 1000:1 contrast ratio, the image stays sharp and readable under bright shop lighting. The 178° viewing angle in both horizontal and vertical directions means staff and customers can read the screen from almost any position at the counter.

Response time is 14 milliseconds, so the screen keeps pace even when orders are coming in quickly.

Connects to the till you already have

The 2295L works over USB, VGA, DisplayPort, and HDMI, which means it fits the vast majority of existing POS setups without adapters or extra parts. USB, VGA, and HDMI cables are included in the box, so you can connect it straight away. Touch input runs through the USB connection — no separate controller card needed.

The open-frame construction is designed for fixed installation inside a POS cabinet or counter housing. You get a clean, built-in result without freestanding stands cluttering the workspace.
