Software is only as reliable as its last update. The Honeywell Software Maintenance agreement ensures your Device Client Pack licence stays in a supported, up-to-date state for the entire contract year — so the software running behind your till keeps working the way it should.

What the maintenance agreement covers

The agreement includes software updates and patches for your Device Client Pack licence. When Honeywell releases a new version or a security fix, you receive it at no extra cost. You do not have to track release schedules or wonder whether the version you are running is still supported.

In practice, this means the background software on your point-of-sale setup stays compatible with the rest of your environment — including changes to operating system requirements and hardware updates as they come.
