The Citizen CT-S851III is a direct-thermal receipt printer designed to keep pace with the demands of cafés, restaurants, and retail counters. At up to 500 mm/s, the receipt is in your customer's hand before the next person has even stepped up to the till.
Paper changes that don't interrupt service
Paper exits from the front of the unit, so the printer fits neatly on a counter or built into a fixed checkout point without awkward cable runs or access issues. It accepts several paper widths — 58, 60, 80, or 82.5 mm — giving you the flexibility to match the receipt width to your setup. With a maximum roll diameter of 83 mm, you'll be swapping rolls less often even on your busiest days.
Connection and what's in the box
This model connects to your point-of-sale system via USB (Type B). The box includes a power supply unit, EU power cable, a starter receipt roll, and a quick-start guide — everything you need to be up and running without any extra purchases. If you need a different connection type down the line, an additional interface module is available separately.
