The Citizen CT-S4500 is a direct thermal receipt printer designed to keep up with a busy café or restaurant counter. When there's a queue and customers are waiting, this printer does its job quickly and quietly — every time.

Fast enough that your customer doesn't wait

At a maximum print speed of 200 mm/s, the receipt is in your customer's hand before they've put their card back in their wallet. Print resolution is 8 dots/mm (203 dpi) — sharp enough for price lines, barcodes, and your logo without any fussing with settings.

Connects to whatever you're running

The CT-S4500 comes with both USB and Bluetooth built in, so it works alongside a desktop, tablet, or phone without any extra adaptors. If you want to go wireless at the counter, Bluetooth is already there — no add-ons, no extra cost.

Auto-cutter means one less thing to think about

The built-in auto-cutter trims each receipt cleanly. No tearing, no awkward pulling — receipts separate neatly on every print. At a busy till, that small detail keeps the line moving rather than stalling it.

Cash drawer control included

The printer supports the standard drawer kickout signal, so your cash drawer opens automatically with each sale. It connects directly when your POS system uses the standard signal — no separate interface box needed.

Compact footprint on a crowded counter

The paper roll fits up to 102 mm in diameter, print width is 104 mm, and the housing is 112 mm wide. It takes up little space on the till — important when every centimetre of counter matters.
