About
Citizen CT-S310II – Receipt Printer for Daily Use
The Citizen CT-S310II is built for the pace of a busy counter. Whether you run a café, a retail shop, or a repair workshop, this printer handles the daily load without fuss — receipts print and cut before the next customer steps forward.
At 160 mm/s, the print speed means no queue forms at the till during the Friday afternoon rush. The automatic cutter trims every receipt cleanly after each print, so your staff never has to tear paper by hand. A small detail that adds up across a full working week.
Works with Your Existing Setup
The CT-S310II supports both 58 mm and 80 mm paper widths. The adapter you need to switch between them is already in the box — nothing extra to source or order. Maximum print width is 72 mm, and 203 dpi resolution keeps text and barcodes sharp and scannable.
Dual-IF connectivity means the printer works whether your till is connected over USB or Ethernet. You do not need a different model or an add-on interface card — both connections are built in.
Ready to Install Without an IT Department
Everything you need to get started is in the box: EU power cable, paper width adapter, and a wall mount kit. The printer speaks ESC/POS, the command language used by the vast majority of point-of-sale systems sold in Finland, so it will almost certainly work with whatever till software you are already running.
