Citizen CT-S310II – Receipt Printer for Daily Counter Use

The Citizen CT-S310II is a direct thermal receipt printer built to handle the steady pace of cafés, restaurants, and retail shops. At 160 mm/s, it keeps up during the Friday evening rush without making your cashier — or your customer — wait at the counter.

Fits the way your till is already set up

The printer accepts both 58 mm and 80 mm receipt paper. Switching between the two takes seconds using the included paper width adapter — no tools, no specialist needed. Maximum print width is 72 mm.

The dual interface means you connect via USB or RS232 serial, whichever your existing till setup uses. If you are replacing an older printer and want to avoid rewiring anything, this flexibility makes the swap straightforward.

Automatic cutter — one less thing to think about

The built-in auto-cutter trims every receipt cleanly after printing. Your staff do not need to tear paper by hand, which keeps the queue moving and the receipts looking tidy.
