The Citizen CT-E651 is a direct thermal receipt printer built to handle the full weight of a busy working day. Whether it's a Friday evening rush or a steady Saturday queue, receipts come out fast — your customers aren't left waiting at the counter.

Keeps up without needing attention

The auto-cutter separates every receipt the moment it finishes printing. Staff don't have to tear paper or fiddle with the roll — the printer just does its job. At 300 mm/s, it's fast enough that the printer is never the bottleneck, even when the till is ringing constantly.

The roll diameter goes up to 83 mm, so you're not swapping paper every couple of hours. Print width is 72 mm and the printer accepts media up to 80 mm wide — the receipt rolls you already buy from your current supplier will almost certainly fit.

Connects without the cable headache

The CT-E651 has both USB and Bluetooth on board. Bluetooth means you can position the printer wherever makes sense on the counter without routing a cable across the workspace. USB is there when you want a solid, wired connection — useful if you're in a busy environment with a lot of wireless traffic.

There's also an RJ12 port for connecting a cash drawer directly to the printer, so you don't need a separate cable run to the till.

The printer speaks ESC/POS, the command language that virtually every POS system understands. In practice, this means it works with most point-of-sale software without extra drivers or configuration steps.

What's in the box

The power supply unit and EU power cable are included, so the printer is ready to go as soon as it arrives. On-board Flash memory is 8 MB — enough to handle custom receipt fonts if your branding requires it. The unit is supplied in black. Warranty is 24 months.
