Citizen CT-E351 – Receipt Printer for Cafés, Restaurants, and Retail

The Citizen CT-E351 is a direct thermal receipt printer built to handle a full day at the counter without complaint. Receipts exit from the front of the unit, so you can tuck it into a tight spot on the counter without rearranging everything around it.

Keeps up when it gets busy

At up to 250 mm/s, the receipt is in your customer's hand before the next one steps forward. Print resolution is 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) — plenty of sharpness for receipts, barcodes, and a basic logo. The printer takes up to 80 mm receipt rolls, with a maximum print width of 76 mm and a maximum roll diameter of 83 mm.

Connections and compatibility

The CT-E351 comes with both USB and RS232 interfaces, so it fits into most till setups regardless of how yours is wired. It speaks ESC/POS, which is the de facto standard command language for point-of-sale hardware — meaning it will work with the majority of till software without needing additional drivers or configuration steps.

The printer ships with a power supply unit and an EU power cable. The interface cable — USB or RS232 — is ordered separately, so you get exactly the cable type your till system needs rather than a drawer full of spares you'll never use.
