The Citizen CT-E351 is a direct thermal receipt printer built to handle the daily demands of cafés, restaurants, and retail shops. It sits solidly on the counter edge, receipts exit from the front, and the paper roll swaps out without any tools.

The CT-E351 comes with both USB and RS232 interfaces built in. If your point-of-sale system runs over USB, you are ready to go straight away. If you have an older setup using a serial port, the same printer handles that too. The interface cable is ordered separately so you get exactly the right one for your system — no guessing.

The printer supports the ESC/POS command language used by the vast majority of POS systems in Finnish SMBs. Compatibility is broad, and you will rarely need to adjust any settings to get it working.

Paper roll changes in seconds

The CT-E351 takes paper up to 80 mm wide with a maximum roll diameter of 83 mm — standard receipt roll sizes you can pick up anywhere. The 76 mm print width leaves enough room for a clean, readable layout. When the roll runs out, the swap takes moments and does not interrupt service for long.
