About
Citizen CBM-910II – a dot matrix receipt printer that quietly gets on with the job
The Citizen CBM-910II is a compact, single-station dot matrix receipt printer designed for the daily demands of a working business. Whether you run a café, a restaurant, a retail shop, or a workshop, this is the kind of printer that sits on the counter, does its job, and rarely asks for attention.
Keeps printing when the till is busy
Dot matrix technology has earned its reputation through durability. Fewer moving parts means less to go wrong — the print head keeps working long-term without regular servicing. When there is a queue at the counter and you need a receipt now, this printer does not let you down.
Print speed is 2.5 lps with a maximum print width of 40 columns. Media width goes up to 58 mm, which covers the standard receipt rolls you already stock. The RS232 serial interface means it connects directly to many established point-of-sale systems without adapters or workarounds.
What is in the box
The printer ships with a power supply unit and an EU power cable, so you can have it running on the same day it arrives. The interface cable is ordered separately — before purchasing, confirm that you have the correct RS232 cable for your existing till setup, or get in touch with Vaivatta and we will sort out the right option for you.
Warranty and origin
The CBM-910II comes with a 24-month warranty. It is manufactured in Japan, which reflects Citizen's long-standing track record in printer manufacturing.
