Citizen CBM-910II — Dot Matrix Receipt Printer with Parallel Interface

The Citizen CBM-910II is a solidly built single-station dot matrix receipt printer designed to handle the daily grind of busy cafés, restaurants, and retail counters. When the queue is three-deep and every second counts, this printer does its job without fuss or adjustment.

Print Technology and Media Width

Dot matrix printing means no thermal paper, no heat-sensitive components, and no receipts that fade in a warm kitchen or a sunny shop window. Media width is up to 58 mm with a maximum print width of 40 columns. Print speed reaches 2.5 lines per second — enough to keep up with steady counter traffic without making customers wait at the till.

Interface and Setup

The CBM-910II connects via a parallel (LPT) port, making it a natural fit for till setups that already use a traditional parallel connection. The power supply unit and EU power cable are included in the box, so the printer is ready to go as soon as you plug in the interface cable. Note that the interface cable is not included — order it alongside the printer so you are up and running from day one.
