Citizen CBM-910II — Dot-Matrix Receipt Printer with RS232

The Citizen CBM-910II is a dot-matrix receipt printer built for the daily demands of tills in cafés, retail shops, and workshops. Its RS232 serial interface connects directly to a wide range of older and current point-of-sale systems — no adapter cards, no extra drivers, just a cable and you're running.

What it does in practice

Dot-matrix printing works by impact rather than heat, which makes a real difference in tougher environments. A warm kitchen, a dusty workshop floor, or a busy stockroom won't affect print quality. Because it doesn't use thermal paper, your paper costs stay lower — and receipts won't fade in a customer's wallet or pocket weeks later.

The printer handles a media width of up to 58 mm with a maximum print width of 24 columns, at a speed of 2.5 lines per second. That's exactly the right fit for clear text receipts at the counter or work orders on the workshop bench — straightforward output, done reliably, every time.

What's in the box

The package includes a power supply unit and an EU power cable, so you can have the printer on the desk and connected the same day it arrives.
