The Epson TM-T20IV is a direct thermal receipt printer built to keep up with the pace of a busy café, restaurant, or retail counter. No ink cartridges, no ribbons — just load a paper roll and you're ready to go.

Keeps up when Friday evening gets busy

With a maximum print speed of 250 mm/s, the receipt is in your customer's hand before the next person reaches the counter. The automatic cutter trims each receipt cleanly after every print — no tearing, no fumbling, no queue held up over a ragged slip of paper.

Resolution is 203 dpi (8 dots/mm), so text and barcodes come out sharp even at smaller font sizes. Readable receipts mean fewer queries at the till.

Works with the till setup you already have

The TM-T20IV supports both 58 mm and 80 mm paper widths, which covers the receipt rolls used by most point-of-sale systems in cafés and small shops. USB and RS232 connections mean the printer will work regardless of how your till is wired — in most cases, no adaptor needed.

The box includes a power supply unit (EU standard), power cable, and quick-start guide. Everything you need to get printing is in the package — no separate purchases required.
