The Epson TM-U220IIB is a single-station dot-matrix receipt printer designed to handle the daily workload of cafés, restaurants, and retail counters. It prints at up to 8.8 lines per second, so receipts reach your customers quickly — even on a packed Friday evening when the queue is out the door.

Dot-matrix holds up where thermal printers struggle

Unlike thermal printers, this model is not sensitive to heat or direct sunlight. Place it near the kitchen pass, in a sun-facing shop window, or on a warm service counter — it keeps printing reliably. Maximum media width is 76 mm, which fits the most common receipt roll sizes.

Straightforward to connect and get running

The USB interface connects directly to most point-of-sale systems and computers without any extra adapter. The power supply unit is included in the box, so the printer is ready to go straight away.
