About
Epson ColorWorks C4000 — Colour Label Printer for Daily Production Use
The Epson ColorWorks C4000 is an inkjet colour label printer designed for the everyday demands of small businesses: cafés, retail shops, and workshops that need to print product labels, price tags, allergen stickers, or dispatch labels without fuss.
Because it uses ink cartridges rather than ribbons or toners, swapping consumables is straightforward — no special tools, no lengthy process. You change the cartridge and carry on.
Prints Through the Rush Without Slowing You Down
The maximum print width is 108 mm, with media up to 112 mm wide and roll diameter up to 102 mm. At a top speed of 100 mm/s, it keeps pace with a busy Friday lunch service or a retail Saturday without a queue building at the label station.
The built-in cutter trims each label automatically. No tearing, no scissors — labels come out clean and the stack stays tidy.
Connects to Your Existing Setup
The C4000 connects over USB or Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbit), so it works equally well plugged directly into a single workstation or shared across your business network. ZPLII emulation means the printer is compatible with a wide range of point-of-sale systems and label design applications without extra drivers — if your current software already talks to a Zebra-compatible device, it will talk to this one.
Black Mark Sensor and Gap Sensor detect label edges and gaps automatically, keeping print alignment accurate regardless of which label stock you are using.
