About

Epson ColorWorks C4000 – Colour Label Printer for Daily Use

The Epson ColorWorks C4000 is an inkjet colour label printer built for cafés, restaurants, and retailers that need clear, vivid labels every day. Whether you're printing allergen stickers, shelf-edge price labels, or product tags, the printer handles the job without making your team wait.

The cutter saves time at the counter

The built-in automatic cutter trims every label as it comes out. No tearing, no scissors, no standing at the printer waiting — staff get a finished label and can move straight on to the next task. During a busy lunch rush or Saturday afternoon, that adds up.

Colours that stand out on the shelf

Gloss Black ink delivers sharp text and graphics that read clearly even on coloured backgrounds. Maximum print width is 108 mm, which covers the label formats most common in restaurant kitchens and retail shelving. Print speed reaches up to 100 mm/s, so short runs are done before your next customer reaches the counter.

Connects to the setup you already have

The ColorWorks C4000 connects to your point-of-sale system or computer via USB or Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mbit). ZPLII emulation means the printer works with many common label-design applications without needing extra drivers — less time spent on setup, more time on the floor.

Accurate media handling across label types

The Black Mark Sensor and Gap Sensor detect different label roll formats and gaps automatically. When you switch label stock, the printer realigns itself — no manual tweaking, no wasted labels at the start of a new roll. Maximum roll diameter is 102 mm; maximum media width is 112 mm.

Everything you need is in the box

The package includes a USB cable, power supply unit, power cable, ink cartridge, and a quick-start guide. You can start printing as soon as it's connected. The printer carries a 12-month warranty and is built for professional daily use. Country of manufacture: China.
