About
Epson TM-P20II — the receipt that travels with you
When your point of sale needs to move with the customer, a counter-mounted printer gets in the way. The TM-P20II is built for the moments when the sale happens where the customer is — at the table, in the aisle, at an outdoor event, or on the terrace.
The printer is designed for belt use: a belt clip and rechargeable battery are included in the box, so there are no cables trailing behind you during service. Connect to your POS application wirelessly over Bluetooth, or plug in via USB-C if you prefer a wired link.
What's in the box
- USB-to-USB-C cable
- Belt clip
- Battery
A power supply unit is ordered separately — if you charge the battery before your shift, you often won't need a mains socket during the working day.

Who this works well for
The TM-P20II is a practical fit whenever the till isn't in one fixed spot: street cafés and pop-up shops, markets and events, a workshop's outdoor pickup point, or a retail floor where staff serve customers between shelves rather than behind a desk. The printer is light and unobtrusive — it rides on your belt without adding a technical dimension to the customer interaction.
Epson's TM series has broad support across POS software platforms, so compatibility with your existing application is likely. That said, check your software's supported hardware list before ordering. If you're not sure, get in touch with Vaivatta and we'll help you work it out.
