About
Epson TM-J7700 – Multi-Station Printer for Busy POS Environments
The Epson TM-J7700 is an inkjet multi-station printer built for the daily demands of a restaurant, café, or retail checkout. Print width goes up to 72 mm for standard receipts, and the single-sheet feed handles documents up to 137.8 mm wide — practical when you need to print kitchen tickets or delivery labels without a second device.
At 98 mm per second, the receipt is in your customer's hand before they've finished putting their card away. On a busy Friday evening, when the queue is building at the counter, that speed matters: no stalling, no customers tapping their fingers while the printer catches up.
Connections and Setup
The TM-J7700 comes with both USB 2.0 and Ethernet, so it works regardless of how your till system connects to the network or directly to a computer. The unit ships pre-loaded with PH firmware and includes everything you need to get started:
- USB cable
- Power supply unit and EU power cable
- Ink cartridge
- Quick start guide (QSG)
The built-in drawer kickout means your cash drawer and printer work together straight away — no extra cables or adapters needed. The auto-cutter trims each receipt cleanly after every print, so there's no tearing or fiddling with paper strips at the counter.
Paper Handling
The automatic sheet feeder (ASF) keeps the printer ready to print without you having to reload paper manually between rushes. When you need to print a wider document — a delivery note, for instance — the single-sheet feed slot handles it without changing your setup.
Built to Last
Epson's TM series has a long track record in high-traffic environments. The TM-J7700 is manufactured in China at Epson's own production facilities under their quality control programme. The unit carries a 12-month warranty.
