The Epson TM-U 295 is a one-station dot-matrix printer built to handle the daily demands of restaurants, cafés, and other hospitality environments. It prints order tickets and receipts clearly even during the busiest service periods, keeping your kitchen staff and customers moving.

When is dot-matrix the right choice?

A dot-matrix printer is the right fit when you need multiple copies of the same printout — for example, a kitchen copy and a till copy of the same order. The TM-U 295 has a maximum print width of 65 mm and a print speed of up to 2.1 lines per second, which comfortably handles the rhythm of a busy order-ticket environment. It connects to your point-of-sale system via an RS232 serial port and supports the ESC/POS command set, which most till software recognises out of the box.

The TM-U 295 connects via RS232. Please note that the interface cable and power supply unit are ordered separately — they are not included in the box.
