BIXOLON BK3-31 – Print Mechanism for Kiosk and Self-Service Installations

The BIXOLON BK3-31 is a mountable direct thermal print mechanism built to sit inside a kiosk or self-service terminal — not a standalone desktop device. If you are building or refreshing a self-checkout counter, ticketing kiosk, or any unmanned service point, this is the print component that goes into the enclosure and handles receipts automatically as part of the customer journey.

The presenter keeps the receipt where the customer can reach it

The built-in presenter catches the receipt after printing and holds it out for the customer to take. In an unmanned kiosk, nobody is standing at the counter to hand anything over — so this matters. The receipt waits at the slot rather than dropping to the floor or jamming inside the unit.

Fast enough for your busiest moments

At up to 250 mm/s, the receipt is ready before the customer has finished picking up their card. The printer will not become the bottleneck during a lunchtime rush or a Saturday afternoon queue.
