## Description

The Back-UPS Pro BR1600MI covers a till point with several devices, or a small office's workstations and network equipment. In a short cut everything stays on; in a longer one the computers have time to shut down cleanly.

### Till and network stay up

Six outlets have battery backup and surge protection, two are surge-only. APC gives a runtime of about 1 h 8 min at a 100 W load, plenty for a till, card terminal and router.

### Status on the display

The LCD shows load, battery charge and voltage. Automatic voltage regulation (AVR) corrects dips without the battery, and surge protection on the Ethernet and phone ports also protects the network line.

### Clean shutdown

Over USB, PowerChute shuts the computer down before the battery runs out. The batteries are user-replaceable.
