The Back-UPS BX750MI keeps the till computer, card terminal and router running through a short power cut, so a payment is not interrupted.
Voltage dips do not crash the till
Automatic voltage regulation (AVR) corrects low or high mains voltage without switching to battery, saving the battery for real outages.
Time to shut the PC down
With the USB connection and PowerChute software the computer shuts down cleanly when the battery is running low. Typical transfer time to battery is 6 ms.
Mind the socket type
The outlets are IEC C13, so devices connect with computer power cables (C14 to C13), not ordinary wall plugs.
